Marsh Harrier Lodge

The new Marsh Harrier lodge is a superb leisure home with a fully vaulted ceiling which continues into the glass gable. The front of your new leisure lodge is almost all glass and incorporates a walk in bay and French doors. Natural wooden blinds are fitted throughout the Marsh Harrier which are draped with natural muslin curtains. The home has an almost New England feel to it with a wooden floor to the kitchen diner and has a fine selection of freestanding oak furniture for you to enjoy. The kitchen is practical yet stylish - the predominant theme is cream, and we have introduced feature doors for you to select in the colour of your choice. This is followed into the open plan lounge, with a feature colour chair to complement your chosen kitchen scheme. The master bedroom is inviting and luxurious with a walk-in wardrobe and adjoining en-suite; even the second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.

Marsh Harrier lodge costs £189,950 to £199,950 depending on plot location.

The price includes VAT and everything required for immediate occupation including entrance ramp, carpets, furnishings, fitted kitchens & bathrooms, TV & DVD player, light fittings, crockery, cutlery & utensils.
