Waveney River Centre is the Norfolk Broads’ premiere Holiday Lodge Park & Marina. In 2009, 2010 & 2011 we were awarded the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award and we were triple winners at the EDP Norfolk Tourism Awards in 2010, for Customer Care, Best Holiday Park and Best Broads Holiday Experience.
Our lodges are located in peaceful surroundings with beautiful south-facing views across the marshes – whilst still being within a moment’s walk of the on-site facilities which include a family-friendly pub, indoor heated swimming pool & café, boat moorings and a spacious & well-stocked shop.
From the comfort of your lodge balcony or lounge you can watch the abundant woodland and river wildlife, which could include marsh harriers, deer, reed and sedge warblers, bearded tits, grasshopper warblers, egret, kingfishers and numerous species of butterfly. Even otters are increasingly putting in appearances along the riverbanks at Waveney River Centre.
We have three lodge models currently available - the Kestrel, the Marsh Harrier and the Barn Owl - with prices starting at £174,950.
We also have a pre-loved lodge at £139,950.

Our turn-key sited prices start at just £174,950 and include absolutely everything right down to the crockery & cutlery. We have three showhomes available to view on site, or we can build your perfect lodge to order.
To maximise your investment at Waveney River Centre, you may let your holiday lodge through our booking office to produce an income of up to £12,000 pa. Pre-owned lodges are available with bookings already made, to guarantee your return.
