Tingdene's Country Lodge Deluxe offers a quality, luxurious interior with upgraded bathrooms and a large integral balcony. The high-pitch tiled roof incorporates a useful loft space and the vaulted beamed ceilings in the living area add to the country-style appeal of this spacious holiday lodge.

Our prices include VAT and everything required for immediate occupation including entrance ramp, carpets, furnishings, fitted kitchens & bathrooms, TV & DVD player, light fittings, crockery, cutlery & utensils.

Our lodges are offered on 25 year occupation licences, approved by the British Holiday & Home Park Association, at an annual ground rent of £3,166.50 (reviewed annually). The rent includes ground maintenance, window cleaning, water & drainage supplies, digital TV service, and standing charges for electricity and gas. The only extras are electricity and gas consumed which are metered and invoiced bi-annually.
