Barn Owl Lodge has been designed exclusively for Wavney River centre and occupies an elevated location with a fantastic panoramic view across the marshes. Its wide glazed frontage features a vaulted lounge and two bedrooms, all opening directly on the decked balcony. Natural wooden blinds are fitted throughout the Marsh Harrier which are draped with natural muslin curtains. The home has an almost New England feel to it with a wooden floor to the kitchen diner and has a fine selection of freestanding oak furniture for you to enjoy. The kitchen is practical yet stylish - the predominant theme is cream, and we have introduced accent doors in plum - a colour theme which is followed into the open plan lounge. The master bedroom is inviting and luxurious with a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and adjoining en-suite; even the second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.

The price includes VAT and everything required for immediate occupation including entrance ramp, carpets, furnishings, fitted kitchens & bathrooms, TV & DVD player, light fittings, crockery, cutlery & utensils.
